The HOTSHOT LONG is a high-performance firefighting glove designed for demanding operations. The carbon-silicone-coated palm, out of KEVLAR® and Nomex®, ensures a secure grip and high durability, while the PBI® back of the hand and knuckle protection provide additional protection.
A steel and KEVLAR® lining provides the highest level of cut protection (Performance Level F). The waterproof, windproof, and breathable Porelle® moisture barrier reliably protects against moisture. Thanks to the long cuff with a generous opening, the HOTSHOT LONG is comfortable to put on and take off and offers additional protection around the wrist.

The HOTSHOT LONG was designed to meet the demanding requirements of firefighting and interior operations. Its multi-layered material construction combines thermal and mechanical protection with a design tailored to professional firefighting operations.
The palm features a carbon-silicone-coated semi-Corduroy knit out of 50% KEVLAR® and 50% Nomex®. This material combination ensures reliable handling of tools and equipment while offering exceptional durability. PBI® is used on the back of the hand—a high-performance material specifically designed for applications with high thermal demands.

 

One of the HOTSHOT LONG’s key strengths lies in its mechanical protection. The steel and KEVLAR® lining achieves the highest performance level F for TDM cut resistance according to EN 388. This is complemented by high abrasion and tear resistance, as well as additional protection in the knuckle area. As a result, the glove is designed to withstand the diverse mechanical stresses that can occur during demanding firefighting operations.
An integrated PU moisture barrier protects the hands during operations in wet conditions. At the same time, the glove is designed so that, despite its extensive protective features, the dexterity required for the operation is maintained. The long cuff with a generous opening extends beyond the wrist and makes it easy to put the gloves on and take them off.
The HOTSHOT LONG combines high-quality materials such as PBI®, KEVLAR®, and Nomex® with exceptionally high cut resistance and a robust construction. It thus offers a solution tailored to interior firefighting and fire suppression for firefighters, with a focus on protection and functionality.
