Box bellows
Versions
Box bellows are available in various materials with sewn-in wire frames and folded spiral springs or stitched inner pleats. Sewn box bellows can be made from all standard tarpaulin materials such as neoprene, PVC, polyurethane, Teflon-coated materials and heat-resistant Kevlar. If a small minimum size and an attractive appearance are required, flat plastic frames can also be incorporated instead of the sturdy wire frames. In this version, a thermal process is used to produce an exact fold, which is attached using metal flanges. For subsequent installation, the bellows can also be manufactured in a separable version (zipper/velcro tape).
Production
Production is carried out using a sewing machine (production aid by gluing).
